We are looking to appoint a CEO who shares our passion, ambition and objectives to protect people and planet.
As CEO you will lead Friends of the Earth through the next exciting phase of our strategic development. You will motivate, inspire and build the capacity of our organisation, staff and grassroots networks, and be an important advocate for amplifying the voice of a diverse range of groups.
The successful candidate will understand the significance and urgency of the climate crisis and be committed to the goal of a fair and just transition away from a polluting world. They will also be able to articulate and lead the delivery of Friends of the Earth’s unique role in supporting inspirational people, campaigning in their local communities, to achieve wide-reaching and lasting change.
