Together we create change
Friends of the Earth England, Wales and Northern Ireland is a grassroots environmental campaigning community. From our campaigners and lawyers to local groups and supporters, we push for change on causes that matter to you:
- Empowering local people to make their communities better for everyone .
- Pushing for government action on the energy crisis using solutions we already have.
- Fighting for environmental and social justice globally.
Friends of the Earth England, Wales and Northern Ireland has local groups in around 130 neighbourhoods, and more than 260 Climate Action groups.
These groups are run by thousands of people just like you from all types of backgrounds, including nurses, students and grandparents. They bring people together to make their communities more climate friendly and fight against climate-wrecking projects.
Find out about local groups in your area. And if there isn't one, consider starting one yourself.
How we work
